Julie Trask, MSP, CLU®, ChFC®, FLMI

Julie TraskJulie Trask joined KBM Consulting in 2021 as a Policy Owner Services Consultant. In addition, given her vast experience, she works on special projects for KBM. Julie has over 35 years of experience in the life insurance industry and during her career, has worked in both field office and home office positions concentrating in the areas of case design, new business, and servicing inforce policies. She has created marketing material, standard operating procedures and participated in the design of several new technology systems and web services.

Julie brings to the table an understanding of the life insurance industry that is both broad and deep, from the development of a product, through sales and new business to the operational concerns of managing policies that have been in force for decades.

As a previous case designer and Director of Marketing, Julie and her team specialized in COLI and Group Term Carve Out plan designs, tackling the most complex cases and creating customized analysis and presentations. During Julie’s vocation, she served as the Director of Customer Service at Pacific Life and expanded Pacific Life’s reputation for knowledgeable and flexible client service for both policy owners and producers. Under her leadership, the Customer Service teams won the prestigious DALBAR award for outstanding service in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. In addition, Julie has her CLU, ChFC, and FLMI designations.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading, writing, learning about everything, and helping her grandson hunt for monsters who sometimes lurk under the shrubbery.
